Payment Method

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We will also accept payments by cheque made payable to Billie & Gruff, we would advise you that we will not despatch your order until your cheque has cleared through the banking system

Delivery & Availability

If the goods you have ordered are in stock they will be sent to you within 4 working days of receiving your order. If they are out of stock we will advise you of the expected despatch date. Our standard charge for postage and packaging is £4.95. We do offer a next day delivery service, for orders received before 14.00, at a cost of £8.00, please indicate this on your order form.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return an item you must do so within 14 days of the invoice date. All items must be returned in an unused and saleable condition. Please complete the returns form which was enclosed with your order. Goods must be returned to us, at your cost, by registered post and we would strongly advise you to get a proof of posting certificate from the post office. On receipt of the returned goods Billie and Gruff will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage).
